I turn operations that live in spreadsheets, paper, and WhatsApp into systems where the whole team works from the same information, in real time.
From spreadsheets and “pass it over here” to a system that coordinates imports from supplier research through to sale: 90+ operations and payments of thousands of dollars managed on the platform.
From spreadsheets to full control: 181 properties managed in real time by a team of 2.
Every supplier, every product, one place: the purchasing app a head chef uses every day in his restaurant in Spain — and that we built together from inside the kitchen.
No off-the-shelf system covered their entire operation. So we built theirs: POS, ARCA invoicing, +40,000 products, checks, accounting, and deliveries on a single platform.
Besides custom work, I also build and run my own SaaS products for restaurants and hotels.
It changed things — and it was a relief — to know I can run my company the right way.
Orders became one less worry. Now any team member requests what they need.
It is an easy app to understand, smooth to use, with no issues. One less problem for the company.
This is something I had in mind, and now it's taking shape: my app.
I'm Ariel Daumas. I build custom management systems for SMEs. I turn operations that live in spreadsheets, paper, and WhatsApp into systems where the whole team works from the same information, in real time.
SMEs. Today I develop from Río Segundo, Córdoba, for clients in Argentina, Spain, and Canada.
No fluff: four steps. I listen to how you operate — we meet (or talk on WhatsApp) and you tell me how you work today. Then I show you a clear proposal: what I'll build, in what stages, and what it costs, no fine print. I deliver in stages: every few weeks you have something working that your team can already use. The system goes live and I keep improving it as your operation grows.
Flutter as my main technology, which lets me build systems that work on web, Android, and iOS from a single codebase. For projects that need SEO / AEO / GEO (they need to be found through search engines like Google or AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) I can use Next.js. For landing pages or informational sites that need to stay lightweight, Astro.
Yes. Besides custom work, I also build and run my own SaaS products for restaurants and hotels under Soluciones HORECA: Central de Compras (every supplier and every product in a single app, with AI scanning of delivery notes) and PropinApp.
It's 100% tied to the size and scope of the project. Something simple — an MVP of a system that solves a specific problem — can start at 500 dollars. A landing page can start at 200 dollars.
A typical project, with 3 or 4 modules, can be ready to use in 2 months. The system is built modularly, and it can start being used from the second week the project begins.
Maintenance is optional. Sometimes it's worth it because the project keeps evolving, and we can polish and improve things that weren't in the original scope.

I learned to code in 2019, studying Systems Engineering at UTN. But my real school was somewhere else: on weekends I worked at a distributor that ran its entire operation on paper — orders, deliveries, accounts. With the little programming I knew, I could already see clearly that a system could transform that business. That's when I understood what I wanted to do.
When the pandemic turned university into improvised online classes, I made a decision that defined everything that followed: I invested my tuition money in online courses and started learning by building. In 2021 my first real client arrived — a soda distributor that needed to manage customers, bottles, and current accounts — and I haven’t stopped since: point-of-sale and inventory systems, management apps, and each project more challenging than the last.
In 2024 I adopted Flutter as my main technology, which lets me build systems that work on web, Android, and iOS from a single codebase. Today I develop from Río Segundo, Córdoba, for clients in Argentina and Spain: rental management systems, import platforms, ERPs, and my own products like Central de Compras. Depending on what each project needs, I work with design and marketing collaborators.
What I like most about working with SMEs is the moment the owner sees the real scale of their business for the first time: the volume of data that was always there, invisible between papers and spreadsheets. A good system doesn't just speed up the day-to-day — it shows you your company with a clarity that didn't exist before.
That's why my brand is called Digital Soulution — from soul and solution: digital solutions with soul.
Tell me about your case and I'll tell you honestly whether a custom system makes sense for you.
