Go!Punchi
One wristband, one entry. Even with no internet.
By scanning the QR or barcode, security staff can tell in seconds whether a wristband is genuine and whether it has already been used to enter the event. It works 100% offline: validation does not depend on the signal.
LizdeFit
The personal trainer in every client's pocket.
The trainer uploads her videos and each client works out at her own pace, logging weight, measurements, and progress over time. In production on the App Store, with her community using it actively.
Lab
Exploring: AI agents on WhatsApp
As a lab project I built a conversational agent that books barbershop appointments over WhatsApp: it understands natural language, checks real availability, and books on its own.
Own products

Soluciones HORECA

Besides custom work, I also build and run my own SaaS products for restaurants and hotels.

Central de Compras
Every supplier and every product in a single app, with AI scanning of delivery notes.
PropinApp
Tips Calculator — the second product of Soluciones HORECA.
How I work

No fluff: four steps.

  1. I listen to how you operate
We meet (or talk on WhatsApp) and you tell me how you work today: which spreadsheets, which papers, what gets lost.
  2. A clear proposal
I show you what I'll build, in what stages, and what it costs. No fine print.
  3. Delivery in stages
Every few weeks you have something working that your team can already use and validate.
  4. Production and evolution
The system goes live and I keep improving it as your operation grows.

FAQ

What people usually ask.

What systems do you build?

I'm Ariel Daumas. I build custom management systems for SMEs. I turn operations that live in spreadsheets, paper, and WhatsApp into systems where the whole team works from the same information, in real time.

Who do you work with?

SMEs. Today I develop from Río Segundo, Córdoba, for clients in Argentina, Spain, and Canada.

How does the process work?

No fluff: four steps. I listen to how you operate — we meet (or talk on WhatsApp) and you tell me how you work today. Then I show you a clear proposal: what I'll build, in what stages, and what it costs, no fine print. I deliver in stages: every few weeks you have something working that your team can already use. The system goes live and I keep improving it as your operation grows.

What technology do you use?

Flutter as my main technology, which lets me build systems that work on web, Android, and iOS from a single codebase. For projects that need SEO / AEO / GEO (they need to be found through search engines like Google or AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) I can use Next.js. For landing pages or informational sites that need to stay lightweight, Astro.

Do you have your own products besides custom work?

Yes. Besides custom work, I also build and run my own SaaS products for restaurants and hotels under Soluciones HORECA: Central de Compras (every supplier and every product in a single app, with AI scanning of delivery notes) and PropinApp.

How much does a custom system cost?

It's 100% tied to the size and scope of the project. Something simple — an MVP of a system that solves a specific problem — can start at 500 dollars. A landing page can start at 200 dollars.

How long does a typical project take?

A typical project, with 3 or 4 modules, can be ready to use in 2 months. The system is built modularly, and it can start being used from the second week the project begins.

Do you do maintenance after the system goes live?

Maintenance is optional. Sometimes it's worth it because the project keeps evolving, and we can polish and improve things that weren't in the original scope.

How can I contact you?

On WhatsApp or by email at contacto@arieldaumas.com. I'm also on LinkedIn.

About me
Ariel Daumas working on his Mac

I learned to code in 2019, studying Systems Engineering at UTN. But my real school was somewhere else: on weekends I worked at a distributor that ran its entire operation on paper — orders, deliveries, accounts. With the little programming I knew, I could already see clearly that a system could transform that business. That's when I understood what I wanted to do.

When the pandemic turned university into improvised online classes, I made a decision that defined everything that followed: I invested my tuition money in online courses and started learning by building. In 2021 my first real client arrived — a soda distributor that needed to manage customers, bottles, and current accounts — and I haven’t stopped since: point-of-sale and inventory systems, management apps, and each project more challenging than the last.

In 2024 I adopted Flutter as my main technology, which lets me build systems that work on web, Android, and iOS from a single codebase. Today I develop from Río Segundo, Córdoba, for clients in Argentina and Spain: rental management systems, import platforms, ERPs, and my own products like Central de Compras. Depending on what each project needs, I work with design and marketing collaborators.

What I like most about working with SMEs is the moment the owner sees the real scale of their business for the first time: the volume of data that was always there, invisible between papers and spreadsheets. A good system doesn't just speed up the day-to-day — it shows you your company with a clarity that didn't exist before.

That's why my brand is called Digital Soulution — from soul and solution: digital solutions with soul.

Does your operation still live in spreadsheets and WhatsApp?

Tell me about your case and I'll tell you honestly whether a custom system makes sense for you.
