Fictional data for confidentiality

Properties, contracts, and the day-to-day work of the agency in one system, including from a phone.

What was happening

Franco Acosta Real Estate kept the rentals in spreadsheets. Each contract had dates that could not be missed: due dates, updates, and pending obligations. To know where a property stood, someone had to ask the other person or open the file.

Owners could not see how their property was being managed unless they called or wrote.

What we implemented

A system where the team works from the same information:

  • Properties, tenants, and owners linked to each other
  • Contracts with their full path: opening, follow-up, increases, ending, or renewal
  • Maintenance and property visits, with a history for each property
  • An account for each owner, with a notice when something happens to their property: an increase, a repair, a visit, a contract that ends or renews

Franco can check from his phone while he is at a property or with a client. At the office, the team does not have to wait for him to enter or look up a figure.

What changed

In the client’s words

“It changed things — and it was a relief — to know I can run my company the right way.”

On why they chose to work with Digital Soulution:

“They knew how to listen and quickly interpret what we were looking for, bringing their knowledge and adapting everything needed to get it done right.”
